We were having trouble getting any response from Sedgwick for a documented worker’s comp injury. There was no disputing the injury. We just could never get ahold of the adjuster. It had gone on for 6 months. MRI was done and diagnosed an injury. But that was it. Nothing for 6 months. Went to Moga Law and we had a doctors appointment scheduled within a week!! They’ve handled everything and get things done quickly. Highly recommend them.
